You have 7 working days as of the date on which you receive the parcel to inform us about your wish of exchanging the product. You can exchange items up to 7 days from the date of shipment (Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged). or send us an e-mail informing us that you wish to exchange one or several products of the order. Wait for this e-mail's answer, which will include a return authorization number, the return voucher in an attached file as well as the written procedure to return the item(s). If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side (product, size), we promise to refund the price of the returned products as well as the return shipping fees.Send back the product once you have received the authorization e-mail (you can insure the content of your package if you think it is necessary):
